The second purchase was Serial Number WC 81250 Engine Number W 84919 G
This tractor was very complete and straight needing only a carb cleaning and tappet adjustment to have it
running nicely.
It came from Jimmy Palmer in Castalia Iowa.

The 39 WC had subtly different headlights with an extra adjustable joint and a more pointy housing.
With the rims beginning to show a bit of leaked calcium chloride, that needed to be addressed.
I removed the tires and sandblasted and painted the wheels, then remounted the original tires with new tubes.
