After all fluids were filled and it had run a bit the leaking places showed up
The only way to clean behind this side frame rail is to remove it.
A new gasket is needed for the belt pulley opening it was really making a mess
Cleaned up and degreased a bit
Once I get the gaskets this can go back on
The oil filter mount was leaking, here the block surface is all set
The filter mount is surfaced flat and is ready for the new gasket
At 35 degrees the outdoor paintbooth had no bugs landing on the wet paint
But the pieces need to get right back into the heated shop for drying
The front wheels and seat look nice in fresh Persian Orange
With this new belt pulley seal the frame rail can go back on
The red lense looks nice too
With Seat, battery box, and toolbox installed
Now with its own front wheels and new tires
The front wheel bearings got a cleaning and repacking they were still good
The 7th of April and we are still waiting for spring to arrive.
But it is warm enough for a photo shoot
As soon as weather allows, it is ready for a plow day
