First Look

With one flat on the rear that leaked out hourly, and one up front that went flat daily it's up on blocks

With the welds ground off and new paint the seat might get reused on a lawn mower

The rear that leaked was taken down first

The hole in the tube was easy to spot but it isn't in a good patch spot, a new tube would be nice

The two rims that we bought for it are the same size so the old rims can be repaired when time permits

The side that still held air had far more rust around the valve stem hole

The replacements are touched up and painted

I'm not sure how this could happen to the wheel center with a rim and tire attached

I ground a groove inside and out and welded it, the outside needed to be ground back for the excentric

The excentrics reassembled with anti-seize and all mounting hardware cleaned and painted

The front hubs needed seals and bearings, one had serious wear and will be replaced

Cleaned up there are two good ones

Primed and painted they are ready
