A - Base Mount - a B here would designate Flange Mount
11 - Originally shipped to International Harvester
The base mount was used before the flange and timing could not be adjusted while running
Fairbanks Morse had a seal that needed to be removed to pull the Impulse Coupler
Two small screws hold the seal in place. What we see with the seal removed.
The seal consists of a cup, felt ring, and a washer
With the nut removed the Agrimson Tool Company Impulse Puller can be used

The paper insulators that surround the bearing and the clips and seals that need to ne removed and cleaned
This was from an IH engine requiring 35° lag angle
