The air cleaner was very dirty and caked with thick goo, this is after cleaning it out
The wire mesh rolls from the air cleaner were pulled out and cleaned
A patch was needed where the bad manifold gasket was blasting hot exhaust right on the air cleaner
With the mesh rolls all back in place and painted
It should be able to breath again
The Headlights needed complete disassembly
Assembled with new wiring, gaskets and bulbs
With all the passages cleaned out the two halves are connected and all access to the insides are plugged for painting.
When the kit arrives it will just need assembly
The new kit is installed and it is ready
The resurfaced manifold brings things closer to the block, but it's still clear
