The tank went through the blast cabinet, it has a few small dents but they'll have to stay.

The tank got a new gauge after painting

The dings and bends in the instrument panel got repaired on the anvil and it looks quite nice

The wiring is done behind the instrument panel, but the lights are not connected yet

The new gauges look nice against the Persian Orange panel. I had a button plug from a parts tractor for the hole that at one time had a belt pulley engage rod it was just an empty hole when we got it.

The parts tractor affectionately referred to as Old Ugly because of the green and yellow paint has supplied many good parts, again it comes through with some nice headlights.

Cleaned and straightened a bit, Painted and ready to assemble

The carburetor got a complete cleaning and rebuild kit so it should be ready

The seals and O-rings came in so here we see the first differential carrier removed

The seal had to be destructively pulled out since it cannot be driven out from the other side

The new seal number 410163 is in place

Old vs New O-ring

The new O-ring is lubed and in place, and its two .010" shims in place, the other side had three .005" and two .010" shims. Since we are just replacing seals I am not changing any shims.

The Clutch Doctor in North Branch Minnesota did another great job on the brake shoes

The drum is cleaned and dried of oil before reassembly

With the final drives back in place the wheel centers and rims can be mounted and ready for tires

And it is back on 4 wheels that all hold air.
